It’s hard to put mental wellness first on campus, and it can feel isolating and challenging to navigate support resources. Too often, decisions about these resources are made without the input of everyone who could benefit. Because of this, Penn Benjamins Peer Counseling and the SNF Paideia Program are hosting a dialogue dinner (with free food from DIG!) centered around mental health resources at Penn.

We are providing a non-judgmental space for administration and faculty, student mental health organizations, and students, unaffiliated with mental health groups, to engage in healthy dialogue and problem solve together how to increase awareness and accessibility of mental health resources on campus. We will also be providing everyone with care packages and making more together to pass out to students during finals week.
